1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OnePlace app and website (the "Service"), provided by Fortwall Digital. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Early preview

OnePlace is in active development and is offered as an early preview. Features may change, be limited or stop working, and some connectors may be unavailable. Pricing is to be determined; we will tell you before any charges apply.

3. Your account

  • You sign in with a passkey and are responsible for the devices that hold it.
  • You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Connected services

  • OnePlace connects to third-party services (such as Slack, Microsoft, Google and Meta) through their official APIs, using permissions you approve. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies.
  • If your organization controls a connected account, it may need to approve OnePlace, and its policies apply to how you use it.
  • We are not responsible for the availability, content or behavior of third-party services.

5. Sending messages

Sending is off by default. If you turn it on, OnePlace sends only the replies you write and confirm, through the original service, as you. You are responsible for the content of messages you send.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to break the law or the terms of a connected service.
  • Send spam, harassment or unlawful content.
  • Access accounts or data you are not authorized to access.
  • Interfere with, reverse engineer or overload the Service, except where the law allows.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. It is part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and the OnePlace name and logo, belongs to Fortwall Digital. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app while you comply with these Terms. Your messages remain yours.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; the sections that by nature should survive will survive.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that every message will be delivered or displayed.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fortwall Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app or on this page before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
