OnePlace
All your conversations, in one place. Securely.
OnePlace is a unified mobile inbox. Connect your work and personal messaging accounts, and read, search and reply to all of them from one app on your phone. Your messages stay in the services they belong to; OnePlace gives you one place to keep up with them.
Keep up with every conversation from one app.
One inbox for everything.
Chats, channels and email from different services appear together, in a single timeline.
Search across all of it.
Search runs on your phone, over an encrypted copy of your recent messages, so it works even offline.
Reply without switching apps.
Answer a message from OnePlace and it is sent through the original service, as you, in the right conversation.
You stay in control.
Accounts connect read-only by default. Sending is something you turn on, and every message you send is confirmed by you first.
What you can connect.
| Service | What you get | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Slack | Channels, private channels, direct and group messages | In preview |
| Microsoft Outlook and Teams | Outlook mail and Teams chats | In testing |
| Gmail | Your Gmail inbox | In testing |
| WhatsApp Business | Conversations of a WhatsApp Business number | In development |
Four steps, on the service's own terms.
- In OnePlace, tap + Connect account and choose a service.
- OnePlace shows you, in plain language, exactly what it will ask the service for, before anything happens.
- You sign in on the service's own page and approve access. OnePlace never sees your password for Slack, Microsoft, Google or Meta.
- Your messages appear in your OnePlace inbox.
OnePlace connects only through each service's official API and OAuth authorization. It acts with your own permissions, so it can only see what you can already see.
Only what a unified inbox needs.
OnePlace asks only for what a unified inbox needs. Permissions for sending are requested only if you turn sending on for that account.
Clear limits, built in.
It never sends without your confirmation. Every reply goes through a confirmation screen showing the service, account and destination, and OnePlace cannot be set up to skip it.
It never deletes or edits your messages in any connected service.
It never asks for your passwords to those services. Access is granted, and can be withdrawn, through each service's own authorization flow.
It does not replace the services you connect. They remain the source of truth for your messages, their history and your organization's retention and compliance settings.
It does not connect personal WhatsApp accounts or use any unofficial or reverse-engineered access to any service.
Your messages stay where they belong.
This is a summary. The full terms are in our Privacy Policy.
Your messages
- OnePlace's servers do not store the content of your messages. Messages are fetched from each service when your phone syncs and passed to your device.
- WhatsApp Business is the one exception. Meta delivers each message only once, so OnePlace holds incoming WhatsApp messages on its servers until your phone collects them, and deletes them within a few hours after that.
- When a service notifies OnePlace about new activity, OnePlace keeps only the event's identifier, briefly, so the same event is never processed twice.
- On your phone, messages are kept in an encrypted database. That copy is there for speed, search and offline reading, and it can be wiped from the app at any time.
- By default OnePlace syncs the last 30 days of each account; you can choose a shorter or longer window per account.
Your account access
- The access each service grants is kept on OnePlace's servers, encrypted, and is never stored on your phone.
- All traffic, between your phone, OnePlace and each service, uses encrypted HTTPS connections.
- OnePlace's logs never contain message content, account names or credentials.
Your OnePlace account
- You sign in to OnePlace with a passkey (Face ID, Touch ID or your device's screen lock). There is no OnePlace password to remember or to leak.
Disconnecting an account
Disconnect any account from Connected accounts at any time. OnePlace deletes the access it held and removes that account's messages from your phone. Your messages remain in the service, untouched.
- Slack and Google: OnePlace also revokes its access at the service.
- Microsoft and WhatsApp Business: these services do not let an app revoke its own access, so the permission stays listed in your account settings until you remove it there. OnePlace no longer holds anything that could use it.

Why does the service say OnePlace is not approved or not verified?
While OnePlace is in development, some services show a notice because the app has not yet completed their public review. For example, Google shows "Google hasn't verified this app", and Slack shows "not approved by Slack". The connection still uses the service's official authorization.
My organization says the app needs approval.
Some organizations require an administrator to approve new apps. In Slack, a Workspace Owner or Admin approves it under Tools & settings → Manage apps. In Microsoft 365, a tenant administrator may need to grant consent.
Can OnePlace see conversations I'm not part of?
No. OnePlace uses your own permissions in each service, so it can only see what you can already see.
What happens to my data if I stop using OnePlace?
Tap Delete my data in your profile. Your OnePlace data is removed immediately. Your messages always remain in the services they belong to.
